1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vestra website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, please cease use of this site immediately.

2. Ordering and Sales

2.1. Product Availability and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per customer. Product prices are listed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. All sales are final upon shipment confirmation.

2.2. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation signifies that we have received your order request, not that the order has been shipped. Orders are shipped only after processing, which includes inventory verification and quality control.

3. Payment Terms (Cash on Delivery)

3.1. Payment Method

Vestra currently operates primarily under the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method. Full payment in PKR must be made to the PostEx delivery agent at the time of delivery.

3.2. Refusal of Shipment

Should the customer refuse to accept the COD shipment upon delivery, Vestra reserves the right to charge the customer for all shipping and handling fees incurred, including return postage. Repeated refusals may lead to the permanent blocking of the customer's account and future orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We use PostEx as our official logistics partner. Shipping estimates are provided upon checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the courier.

5. Final Sale and No Returns Policy

Vestra operates on a final sale basis. Due to the curated nature of our apparel and quality control standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered. Please ensure size and product choices are verified using the Size Guide before purchase.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, graphics, logos, and product designs, are the property of Vestra and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any materials appearing on this site is strictly prohibited.
